Carers Week 2023 runs from 5 to 11 June and the national theme is ‘Recognising and supporting carers in the community’.

Communities across the UK are being asked to come together to recognise the huge contribution unpaid carers make to society.

Carers’ Resource are inviting local organisations, politicians, council officers, health officials, businesses and community groups to their offices during the week, to find out how they can all better support unpaid carers.

These events will take place as follows:

• Skipton office – Monday 5 June, 2-4pm
• Harrogate office – Tuesday 6 June, 2-4pm
• Selby office – Wednesday 7 June, 1-3pm
• Shipley office – Thursday 8 June, 2-4pm
