Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership launch their Workforce Health & Wellbeing 2022 survey for staff

24 January 2022

Staff who are part of the Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership, are being asked what health and wellbeing support they would like to see made available or prioritised in 2022.

The survey aims to ensure everyone working, volunteering or looking after local people in the Humber, Coast and Vale area, stay physically and mentally well, including care workers and volunteers.

Whatever their role or organisation, the Partnership are asking all staff and volunteers to tell them what health and wellbeing sessions or events they would like made available to them, to support them mentally and physically in the year ahead.

Examples of some of the things the Health and Wellbeing team delivered in 2021 include workshops around Menopause, desk-based exercises, Men’s health, stress/trauma and sleep amongst many other topics.

The survey can be completed here. It will take less than five minutes to complete, and can be done anonymously.  The survey closes on Monday 7 March.

As the NHS, and all Partnership staff are all facing incredibly challenging times at the moment, it’s more important than ever that health and wellbeing services are designed to meet everyone’s needs. What you say will influence the support available, so it’s important to give us your thoughts and views.

If you would like to know more about what health and wellbeing support visit the Humber, Coast & Vale Partnership website or check with your organisation.
