North Yorkshire Council are creating some new online tools and information pages about to adult social care.

The Council would like to invite you to take part in a customer testing session so they can gather feedback to help understand how helpful, informative and user friendly these resources are for you and your community.

The Council is looking for people to take part in a 20 minute one-to-one session at their nearest North Yorkshire Council location. The session will involve one of the following areas:

• adult social care webpages
• online care needs self-assessments
• online financial assessments.

The topic will be chosen at random prior to your session unless you have a strong preference to be involved in a particular area. You do not have to have had any previous contact with the Council’s adult social care teams.
