Humber and North Yorkshire Health Care Partnership have a wide range of health and wellbeing sessions available to all health and social care colleagues.

They want to build on the fantastic work that other organisations and individuals are doing with strong health and wellbeing offers available to their staff.

Some of the sessions available are:

  • Menopause in the workplace series
    Our training is for everyone, those experiencing menopause and those playing a vital support role. Focuses on what menopause is, why and when it happens and ways of managing menopause, participants will also gain confidence in having supportive conversations around menopause and how to get the right support together including the important role a partner, team or family member can play in supporting someone through menopause.
  • Trauma recovery workshop series
    designed to support staff exposed to trauma or burnout at work or in their home lives, whether or not this has happened during the Covid-19 pandemic. The workshops are led by professionals in the trauma field and focus on practical and experiential tools that staff can use as part of their mental health recovery journey.
  • Coaching Masterclass series
    This masterclass is for qualified coaches at ILM 5 or above (or working towards) across health and care organisations in Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership. Please ensure you protect the date and time in your diary and avoid cancellations as places are limited. This masterclass is particularly relevant for coaches who may have been out of practice for some time and looking to begin coaching again.
