Barnsley: Marketing and Communications Officer, DIAL Barnsley

Hours – 16 hours per week, flexible and hybrid working
Salary – FTE £24,024, Pro-rata £10,982 (subject to pay increase from 1st May 2025)
Contract – Permanent, subject to funding after 2026
Benefits – 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata), up to 4 weeks paid annual leave for carers (pro rata), 8% employer pension contribution, and access to employer-funded benefits scheme via SAGE.

As our Marketing & Communications Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy, growing brand awareness, and ensuring our message reaches the right audiences in an engaging and impactful way.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will create compelling content, manage digital channels, and promote our services to enhance our reach and strengthen our connections in Barnsley. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about the possibilities for DIAL’s future marketing.
