Easingwold: Deputy to the Chief Officer, Easingwold and District Community Care Association

Salary: £27,319 per annum (FTE based on 37 ½ hour week)
9 – 12 hours per week over 3 days

Easingwold and District Community Care Association (EDCCA) is a registered charity which seeks
to improve the quality of life for people in the local community and in particular help those in need.
To this aim, we are now seeking to appoint a Deputy to the Chief Officer as part of our succession
planning to secure the longer term future of the charity.

EDCCA believes that voluntary action contributes to the improvement of quality of life for groups,
communities and individuals and believes everyone should have a say in decisions that affect their
lives.

We are looking for the right person to work with the Chief Officer and staff to deliver the
organisation’s objectives, in line with the requirements of the Trustees.

Scope of Job – supporting the Chief Officer in the following areas:
Strategy and Planning, Finance, Service Delivery, Resource and Performance
Management and Achieving Change
