Dementia Forward is a passionate, innovative and inclusive charity supporting people with dementia, their families, carers and friends across North Yorkshire and York. Due to our continued growth, we currently have vacancies for the following:

One Dementia Activities Support Worker to set up and run our new Dementia Hub Club in Northallerton, one day a week, (day to be decided), 9am-4pm.

One Dementia Activities Support Worker to cover maternity leave for nine months at our Dementia Hub Club in Richmond, Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm.

One Dementia Activities Support Worker to run our Hub Clubs in Acomb on a Monday and Poppleton on a Tuesday.

One Dementia Activities Support Worker to run our Hub Club in Pocklington on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

One Welfare Call Co-ordinator to ensure every client is well supported throughout their journey by coordinating timely welfare calls. You will also coordinate and support a team of volunteers to carry out these calls. Three days a week to work out of our hub at Pocklington.
