Settle: Fundraising Administrator, Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust

  • Fundraising Administrator | Full-Time 35 hours per week – flexible working or job share will be considered | £23,468 – £25,685 (pro rata)
  • Based at our offices in Clapham, near Settle.

Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust are looking for someone with great customer service skills and bags of enthusiasm to help provide the best service to our supporters.

As Fundraising Administrator you will be the first point of contact for supporters, helping to provide the best service and communications to our loyal individual supporters and partners. So, you’ll need to be a confident communicator with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.

This is a varied and busy role – you’ll manage communications with supporters and maintain our customer database as well as processing orders and donations and maintaining financial records. You’ll need plenty of enthusiasm, good attention to detail and the confidence to work independently, sometimes within tight deadlines.

You’ll also have the chance to help develop products for our shop and organise supporter events.
