York: Development Officer, Community First Yorkshire
Salary: NJC Spinal Scale Point 20, £27,239
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Office based with very flexible home working policy and occasional travel across North Yorkshire

If you like variety, building relationships and providing organisational development support which help community focussed organisations to become stronger and more impactful then we’d love you to be part of our friendly Community Support North Yorkshire team.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a track record of working with community focussed organisations. The ideal candidate will have experience of volunteer management and a good understanding of charity governance and fundraising.
This role involves guiding community organisations through change, and providing information, advice and guidance that inspires and enables individuals and teams to make a difference.
