York: Finance & Operations Manager, Kyra Women’s Project

Kyra Women’s Project is looking for a part-time Finance & Operations Manager to help us grow and thrive.
£30,000 FTE, permanent role
15 hours/week
Central York (with some home working)
Extra day off for your birthday! plus 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Women-only role (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
Kyra is York’s only independent women’s charity dedicated to self-development and wellbeing.
If you’re a finance professional who wants your skills to really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be a vital partner to our CEO and Board of Trustees—enabling them to focus on strategy and sustainability, while you provide oversight on everything from budgeting and reporting to payroll and process improvement.
You’ll be supported by a part-time Finance & Operations Officer and will line-manage and collaborate with them to keep things running smoothly. Charity experience is great, but not essential.
