The Children & Young People’s transformation programme is part of the Humber & North Yorkshire Health and Care partnership whose strategic vision is for our population to start well, live well and age well. This will be achieved through the development of integration strategies and embedding new approaches to support our whole population.

As a project officer in the children & young peoples team you will have an integral role in developing these strategies. You will have specific responsibility for development of the healthier together website and work with multiple stakeholders across our ICS geography as well as the web design company. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the centre of innovation in our ICS and support our journey in improving the lives of our people who live and work across our region. You will also be involved in other work-streams relevant to the role.

Main duties of the job
Develop relationships with key stakeholders including primary & secondary care, public health, education, social care , voluntary sector , clinical leads and the website company, undertake research to gather and collate information across the localities and embed within the website. It is therefore essential that you have excellent IT skills and are familiar with website design and management. You will work with clinical leads across the ICS in the development of patient pathways and must have excellent communication and project management skills. You will be required to produce and carry out awareness campaigns, sustain, monitor and record impact of website , develop & present reports to the children & young people’s alliance and be able to organise own workload
