Location: Ryedale (Office: Norton, Malton)

Salary: £21,927.36 per Annum, funded by The National Lottery (FTE £28,975.44)

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2027

Wellbeing Worker specialising in Assistive Technology

Are you passionate about making a difference in a charity where their mission is to improve the quality of life for local people with sight loss?

As part of the role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive assessments, identify risk and provide support.
• Have a detailed knowledge of accessibility technology.
• Work within a community setting.

To be successful for this post:

•  You will be a highly motivated individual and have experience in a similar role.
• You will have a good understanding of vision loss.
• You will have a good understanding of Safeguarding and be able to carry out risk assessments.
