Support for women’s reproductive health concerns at work – take our survey
Women’s reproductive health, including pregnancy loss, fertility and menstrual health, are very difficult to talk about – especially at work.
- In the UK, it is estimated that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss (Tommys).
- Over 3.5 million people in the UK go through some kind of fertility challenge (Fertility Network UK).
- 1 in 10 women of reproductive age in the UK suffer from endometriosis (Endometriosis UK).
We would like to know what your experiences working in the voluntary and community sector have been.
It may be that you found the support from your work a comfort, or that you weren’t able to discuss what you were going through with your colleagues.
Weβre working to establish a baseline understanding to develop a programme of support for women in the voluntary and community sector workplace who experience reproductive health issues.
Please anonymously share your experiences of workplace support if you have experienced pregnancy loss, fertility and menstrual health problems (such as Endometriosis or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) in this survey (by 5 August).
Your thoughts will help us to shape a programme of timely and appropriate support.
