The grant process for projects under the Supporting Young and Older People UKSPF Programme is now open.

North Yorkshire Council is looking for applications from organisations who can deliver projects that provide targeted support to young and older people to help them access, sustain and progress in training and employment.

Priority areas are:

• pre ‘not in education, employment, or training’ preventative work with young people 14-18
• support for graduates
• support for young people 18-24 including mental health support
• support for over 50s to re-engage in labour market
• intergenerational programmes.

The minimum grant funding available is £20,000 and the maximum is £40,000.
