Are you a social entrepreneur looking to grow your impact and strengthen your organisation? We are running a free training programme from January to March 2026, which provides expert-led learning, peer support, and long-term mentoring to help you thrive.

Programme overview

Delivered by a trusted training provider, this programme supports social enterprises with:

  • Three full-day training sessions across six weeks
  • Inspirational speakers and experienced enterprise advisors
  • Six-month mentoring programme starting February 2026
  • Action learning opportunities to support growth and resilience.

Topics include

  • Social enterprise and regulation: legal structures and governance
  • Community investment models: asset transfer, Right to Buy, grassroots initiatives
  • Financial sustainability: charitable trading, compliance, policies
  • Measuring impact: mission, vision, evaluation, theory of change
  • Growth planning: sustainability and resilience strategies.

  • Early-stage ventures needing structured support
  • Leaders from underrepresented or economically challenged communities
