Book a Life Chat today!
If you or somebody you know is feeling stuck and unsure where to turn, The Skills Team at North Yorkshire Council are here to help. They’re offering Life Chats, a free opportunity to speak to one of the team about your aspirations whether that’s getting in to work, changing jobs, learning, volunteering or your general wellbeing.
Whether you want to chat on the phone or meet in your local coffee shop and chat over a cuppa, it’s all about what works for you!
So far, more than 70 people across the county have had a life chat and feel more positive about their future.
They also have Thrive Packs available, a goodie bag filled with wellbeing activities and practical tools to help you get started on your journey. It’s their way of giving you a boost and showing that small steps can lead to big changes.
