Why join us

Membership helps us continue enabling and empowering VCSEs, community buildings, social enterprises and parish councils. It also ensures your voice is heard by policymakers and service providers locally, regionally and nationally.

We’re here to help your organisation or project succeed, with packages designed to give you the support you need.

Liability of members

Members are liable for the sum of £10 should the organisation wind up during their membership or within one year of their membership expiring.

Joining Community First Yorkshire means being part of a strong, supportive network that helps voluntary and community organisations across North, South and West Yorkshire thrive. As an independent charity and membership body, and the ACRE Network member for North, South and West Yorkshire, we give you the tools, connections and voice to make a real difference in your community.

Membership costs

Organisation £42 (£35 + VAT) / Joint Organisation £60 (£50 + VAT)*

*Joint Membership is for two organisations based in the same location, such as a parish council and village hall.
