Your questions answered

Simply fill in our online form.

You’ll be asked to set up an account on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal, Plinth. Do keep a record of your login details. You will be given a unique membership code which needs to be used when anyone in your organisations applies for the membership discount on training.

If at any time you can’t find your password, you’ll be able to reset it. If you get stuck, simply get in touch: info@communityfirstyorkshrie.org.uk.

Once you submit your form, we will consider your application (we do a few things behind the scenes to check applications as they are subject to approval) and will get in touch if we have any queries. We’ll then send you a payment link, as appropriate. Once payment is received, a member of the team will activate your membership and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please read our Privacy Policy to check how we will securely manage your data.

Membership lasts for a year, 12 months from when you sign up and renewed on a rolling annual basis. We’ll email you a reminder when your annual subscription is almost up.

Do note that you cannot carry over unused membership benefits (such as your free job or trustee advert) into a subsequent membership subscription – so be sure to make the most of them during your membership year.

Check with whoever in your organisation would set up memberships or email us on info@communityfirstyorkshrie.org.uk and we’ll check our system.

We previously offered the Funding Bulletin for free, but due to reduced funding and rising costs, we need to ensure it’s sustainable. Membership helps cover the time and expertise needed to produce it. The link to sign up to the Funding Bulletin is in your membership welcome pack. If you need a hand, please email info@communityfirstyorkshrie.org.uk.

We’re still committed to free access to funding information – you can sign up to our Funding Portal, Open4Community, at no cost and create your own automated funding searches and updates direct to your inbox. The Funding Bulletin is now an added member benefit, offering more curated and locally relevant opportunities.

When you book on training, you can add your membership number to the booking to get your 50% discount.

Not sure of your membership number? Check with whoever in your organisation would set up membership with us or get in touch (info@communityfirstyorkshrie.org.uk) and we’ll be able to send you your membership number to access your training discount.

No, you can advertise your jobs or trustee roles for £45 with us at any time (find out more here).

If you’re a member though, you do benefit from one free job or trustee advert per year – and as it almost covers the cost of Level 1 membership it makes sense to join and access this benefit and more.
