Following the success of Safeguarding Week 2025, partners from across North Yorkshire, the City of York, Hull and East Riding are once again coming together to deliver Safeguarding Week 2026, taking place 15–19 June.

This year’s programme brings together a wide range of virtual and in-person sessions, including webinars, seminars and interactive learning opportunities, all centred around the theme:

“Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.”

The programme offers a valuable opportunity for teams to build knowledge, share best practice, and engage with key safeguarding topics.

Please take a moment to review the programme and encourage your teams to book onto sessions that are most relevant to them.

We would also appreciate your support in sharing this widely across your organisation to help maximise participation.

Book here.

Also, make sure to book onto our Safeguarding with confidence: what to do when it matters most training on 19 June (12:30-2pm).
