Don’t forget that if you want to continue to receive packages of care and Individual Service Contracts from 1 November you will need to be on North Yorkshire County Council’s Approved Provider List (APL).

North Yorkshire County Council has published the tender opportunity to join the new Approved Provider Lists (APL) for adult social care.

The APL will be for:

• home based support
• residential and nursing
• community based support
• supported living

The procurement will establish four new lists and enable packages of care to be commissioned and social care services to be put in place to support people within North Yorkshire.
