Hours: 15 hours per week (12-month fixed-term contract)

Harrogate Homeless Project is looking for an experienced Trust and Foundations Fundraising Officer to join their Fundraising and Marketing Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing vital funding that enables Harrogate Homeless Project to continue supporting people experiencing homelessness across the Harrogate district.

You will identify, develop and secure funding from trusts and foundations, with a particular focus on capital funding opportunities, while also maintaining a pipeline of revenue and core funding prospects. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will develop compelling funding applications, reports and impact evidence to demonstrate the difference their services make.

They are looking for someone with successful grant fundraising experience, excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be organised, proactive and committed to helping people affected by homelessness.

This role is 15 hours per week with flexibility around working hours and a blended approach of office and home working. The post is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the intention to extend subject to funding outcomes.
