Salary: £26,000 FTE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Snainton Office, Scarborough (with optional hybrid working after probationary period, due to nature of role there would be an expectation for a minimum of 3 days in the office base per week)

Carers Plus Yorkshire are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Finance and Admin Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This varied role will be split across approximately three days of finance duties and two days of administration, supporting the day-to-day running of the organisation across their two office bases and outreach locations. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Office Manager, you will assist with financial processing (including Sage 50, reconciliations, payroll support and VAT returns) alongside reception, referral handling, CRM data management and general office administration.

You will be an experienced IT user with strong accuracy, a proactive approach and a clear understanding of confidentiality and GDPR. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, professional and compassionate delivery of services to local carers.
