Skipton: Youth Programme Leader, Jamie’s Farm

Location: Jamie’s Farm Skipton, Haugh Field Farm, BD23 4EH

Hours: 45 hours a week, Monday – Friday (1 evening & 1 early per week)

Salary: £32,240 – £36,400 per annum

Looking for a role where you can help young people overcome adversity and thrive?

Jamie’s Farm is looking for a skilled and organised Youth Programme Leader (known internally as Programme Coordinator) to join their growing delivery team at Jamie’s Farm Skipton, as they prepare to launch their new residential programme in January 2027.

This varied and rewarding role sits at the heart of their programme delivery. You’ll work directly with young people, helping them take part in the shared routines and activities of farm life, while also coordinating visits with partner schools and organisations from booking through to follow-up. You’ll also plan and lead practical gardening and horticultural sessions that give young people a sense of purpose, achievement and connection.

If you have experience working with young people, strong communication and organisational skills and the warmth, patience and confidence to build positive relationships, they’d love to hear from you. Please visit their website here for more information about the role and the ways to apply.

Closing date: Monday 9 November 2026 (8am)
