Craven: Keyworker, Pioneer Projects

Salary: £17,456 (£29,093 fte) NJC S5 SP15 £29,093
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Base: Due to the large rural nature of Craven this role may be spread across the district including the following areas: Bentham, Settle, Skipton, and Glusburn. Activities will be delivered in community buildings where Pioneer activity takes place.
Contract Length: Permanent (subject to funding)
About the role
Pioneer Projects are looking for an experienced, organised Keyworker, who:
- sees peoples’ potential, not their limitations;
- understands the power of creativity to positively impact on individual wellbeing and unlock this potential;
- has the skills, sensitivity and experience to support vulnerable participants;
- is confident in doing personal assessments, reviews and goal setting.
