What is AMP’s Training Collective?
AMP are looking to recruit a team of Youth Voice Training Producers who can help them design a training and consultancy programme. They want to involve young people in the process of designing this programme which will aim to improve how organisations work with, and create opportunities for, young people.
AMP’s Training Collective will develop the expertise and capacity of organisations to support and include young people at all levels of operation. Often referred to as ‘youth voice’, this means including young people in all aspects of an organisation: planning, design, delivery, and governance.
At the end of this process, they hope to have co-designed a training and consultancy package that explores how to engage with, and meaningfully involve young people, inclusively. They expect that this package will be used to train and consult with a wide range of organisations both within and outside of the creative sector.
Deadline: Monday 20 October 2025 (10am)
