Salary:  £28,142 for 37 hours per week

Hours:  25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 10am–3pm, flexible for events)

Do you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and inspiring support for a cause that matters?

MySight York is looking for a friendly and motivated Fundraiser to join their small, but ambitious local charity, which supports people to live well with sight loss.

Each year, they work alongside more than 1,700 people, offering emotional support, expert advice, accessible services and a welcoming community. Volunteers, fundraisers and supporters are central to their work, and that’s where you come in.

You will:

• Raise funds through community events, individual giving campaigns and local partnerships
• build relationships with supporters, businesses and community groups
• help to deliver inspiring campaigns and engaging activities
• support the development of a thriving local network of champions for their work
• this is a varied and flexible role with opportunities to develop your fundraising skills and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
