Salary: £35,000-£36,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term contract to September 2028 (subject to funding)

Dancing for Well-Being (DWB) is a Harrogate-based charity that uses inclusive dance to improve the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of older people and others who face barriers to participation.

They are seeking an experienced, values-led General Manager to lead their next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, fundraising, governance, people management, partnership development and organisational growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established charity with a strong reputation, dedicated staff and volunteers and established funding through to September 2028.

They are looking for someone with experience in leadership, financial management, income generation, governance and people development, alongside a passion for wellbeing, inclusion and community impact.

The role is based in Harrogate, with flexible and community-based working. Benefits include 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), employer pension contribution and mileage reimbursement for business travel.
