Salary: £28,578-£31,132 depending on experience
Hours: 22.5-37 per week (part time or full time)

Are you a qualified and experienced Money Adviser looking to use your skills to make a real difference?
North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre is looking for a qualified and experienced Money Advice Caseworker to join their advice team. You’ll use your knowledge and expertise to provide specialist advice to clients facing financial difficulties, helping them understand their options, resolve debt issues and improve their financial wellbeing.
You’ll need a recognised money advice qualification, together with recent experience of providing debt and money advice and managing your own caseload. You’ll have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of debt remedies, insolvency options and the interaction between debt and welfare benefits and a commitment to delivering advice that is free, confidential, impartial and independent.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, helping people find a way forward when they’re facing financial difficulties.
The role can be carried out remotely from anywhere within the UK, on a hybrid basis, or office-based from your choice of their North Yorkshire offices in Harrogate, Malton, Northallerton, Richmond, Scarborough or Selby.
