Location: Weekly Zoom team meeting and monthly in‑person meet‑up in York/North Yorkshire

Hours: 18 hours per week – term time only (39 weeks + 5.6 weeks paid holiday)

Contract: Role currently funded for 4+ years

Lollipop is looking for an experienced and motivated Fundraising Officer to join their small, friendly team supporting deaf children, young people and their families across York and North Yorkshire. This is a remote role with regular online collaboration and a monthly in‑person team meet‑up.

About the role

You’ll lead on developing and delivering their fundraising activity across:

• Grant applications (small and large)
• End‑of‑grant reporting
• Community fundraising and supporter engagement
• Individual giving and small events
• You’ll work closely with our CEO and programme staff to identify opportunities, steward supporters and help grow the income that keeps their services thriving.

They’re looking for someone who

• Has proven experience writing successful grant applications to charitable trusts, foundations and grant‑making bodies
• Can produce clear, persuasive funding bids and accurate, timely end‑of‑grant reports
• Builds warm, confident relationships with supporters, partners and community groups
• Is organised, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Communicates clearly and accessibly
• Shares their commitment to inclusion and supporting deaf children and families
