York: Grants Administrator, Two Ridings Community Foundation

Salary: £25,000 pro rata per annum

Hours: 28 hours per week

Job type: Permanent, part-time

Annual Leave: 25 days & 3 fixed days between Christmas & New Year pro rata

Pension: Defined contribution pension scheme with employer contribution 5%

Location: York, with attendance at meetings and events across North and East Yorkshire as required

The Grants Administrator plays a vital role within the Grants Team at Two Ridings, ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of the Foundation’s grant-making programmes.

The postholder will be responsible for supporting applicants throughout the grant journey, maintaining accurate grant records, undertaking due diligence checks, supporting the monitoring and evaluation of funded projects and assisting with grant assessment and panel processes.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive, responsive and inclusive experience for applicants, volunteers and community organisations.
